ABA against the FRB...?

Im breathlessly waiting for the result of the political battle between the financial kings - American Bankers Association and the Federal Reserve Board. The Board attempting to give more protections to customers and Bankers fighting to preserve their authority of dictating lending and credit card servicing rules to us.
In fact, though I've always had good credit, Ive not once suffered from the deceptive practices of the lenders. I've even been penalized for making ontime payments!
There's no speaking about sub-prime credit consumers, who use cards as their everyday financial support. They've been hurt in the most, actually. Say, what a nonsense! They give customers credit they cannot afford and then penalize them for failure to pay!
ABA should change their ways,I think.
